1.Ansökan (Instrumentkablar):
BS 5308-kablar är designade för att bära kommunikations- och styrsignaler i en mängd olika installationstyper, inklusive de som finns inom den petrokemiska industrin. Signalerna kan vara av analog, data- eller rösttyp och från en mängd olika givare som tryck, närhet och mikrofon. Del 1 Typ 3-kablar är generellt utformade där en högre grad av mekaniskt och kemiskt skydd krävs eller direkt nedgrävning på lämpligt djup. Kollektivt och individuellt screenade par finns inom sortimentet. För installationer där brand, rökutsläpp och giftiga ångor skapar en potentiell risk för liv och utrustning.
